Outlook stuck updating inbox
I can see about 23K mails when I check the synchronization through the inbox properties. And somehow, it had updated up to 15K and now nothing happens. It appears like what @RDrast has already pointed out.But user can login to OWA (Outlook Web Access) or to continue to access the missing email messages, appointments, contacts, tasks, journal entries, notes, posted items, and documents. The problem is likely to be caused by corrupted OST files, and various other reasons. For example, the first time you try to Dismiss All on a list of reminders, Outlook asks you if you're sure you want to do that.

We have the following setup: Big Hyper-V machine hosting the servers as VM's VM for CAS: WEB. XXX.local Servers are running Server 2008 R2 with Exchange 2010 SP1 Clients are all running Windows 7 Pro x64 with Outlook 2010 x64 The problem we're having is that nobody is able to see any emails received today (16th of October), but they are able to send externally.
When I reply back to the email received externally, I don't get an NDR, yet the user cannot see my email.

The content and emails in the mailboxes are not refreshed, i.e.
This is what I found and tried thus far: Phil, no they're not showing up in OWA.
