MTV2's Guy Code is the ultimate guy's guide to the laws of manhood. Some say guys are born with it, but not everyone follows the same set of guidelines. Guy Code has been discussed on screen in "Old School", "Jersey Shore" and inadvertently analyzed on "Animal Planet" when discussing the customs of male species.
But to date, no show has created a playbook for all guys to follow. Need to know about everything from man-scaping to man-crushes, wing men and sexting, the rules of drinking, karaoke etiquette, and more?
MTV's influence on its audience, including issues involving censorship and social activism, has also been a subject of debate for several years.
In recent years, MTV had struggled with the secular decline of music-related cable media.
This initial social media-focused launch will precede the planned November start for the regular series, according to Variety.
Participants include Irish pop stars Jedward, Teen Mom contestant Farrah Abraham, Geordie Shore’s Marnie Simpson, Elliot Crawford, Courtney Act and Casey Johnson.

Hmm, who’s gonna find love first though, that’s the question.Tanned reality show participants in bikinis and swim shorts rage in a fancy villa, throwing pool floaties, ice, and other stuff (including a rubber dong) at each other. ‘For Jedward to stay in the striplights of fame, they’ve had to make a Faustian pact and become the jesters for ex- premiership footballers and hardened nightclub hustlers.’ Photograph: Kyran O’Brien . Something MTV apparently ain't too happy about. "They signed them as singletons looking for love and going on dates around, but they’re only interested in each other and not taking the show seriously. Yup - the whole premise of the show is to find a bunch of celeb-types dates with mere muggles; but Marnie and Casey kinda seem more interested in each other.
According to MTV International: “Single AF will take celebrities on a live social quest for love around the world that fans can follow and weigh in on over social. The singles must be up for anything and willing to play the dating game ‘the MTV way’.” The show is from Gobstopper TV, an independent production company based in London that has previously produced shows like Show Us Ur Phone, which launched on MTV’s Snapchat in September 2016, and Just Tattoo Of Us.
